Dr. Daniel E. Haupt, EdD · PhD · D.Min is the President and Founder of Destiny Leadership University and the Executive Director of Destiny Community Development Corporation in the Denver–Aurora, Colorado metropolitan area. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University (EdD in Organizational Leadership, 2025), Dr. Haupt holds doctoral credentials in organizational leadership, ministry, and religious education, and brings over 40 years of experience in church leadership, community development, and academic formation. He is the founding architect of the SHAPED™ doctoral formation framework, a Business Model You® certified practitioner, and an author, researcher, and 7 Mountains cultural leader whose work spans workforce development, doctoral formation, federal grant administration, and faith-based organizational transformation. As Lead Formation Co-Lecturer across all four Formation Institutes, Dr. Haupt provides the presidential formation thread that unifies identity, governance, communication, and capital readiness into a single coherent doctoral journey.
