Destiny Leadership University is a doctoral research and formation institution for leaders who are already deployed in the field. We do not bring people to a classroom and hope something eventually applies to their work. We meet leaders inside what they are already building — in the ministry, the business, the school, the community, the media platform, or the public office — and we give them the formation, framework, credentialing, and funding architecture to take what they are building to its fullest cultural impact.
DLU's 25-week Doctoral Formation Residency develops leaders across the 7 Mountains of cultural influence through four integrated Formation Institutes, faculty-led doctoral formation, GrantProMax grant writing technology, and a formal Think Tank doctoral defense and commissioning experience — led by Dr. Daniel E. Haupt, EdD, PhD, D.Min, alongside a faculty of nationally recognized scholars, systems architects, and cultural leaders.
